How does the delivery work?

We will arrive 45 minutes before your event to set up and will not be part of your booking time. If there are any restrictions that may delay the set up time (i.e. stairs, lack of parking, etc), please let us know prior to the event so that we can plan accordingly.

Do you set up outdoor?

Absolutely if the weather permits. We do require shading or tent to keep the equipment not too hot for your little ones. We provide a tent rental for an additional $25 fee.

What if it rains?

We will not set up Soft PlayZone outdoors if the weather is forecast to rain. This will be unsafe for your little ones. In case of bad weather on the day of the event and if there are no alternative indoor location to set up, we can only provide a credit for a future event.

Is Soft PlayZone clean?

Absolutely! We want to provide the cleanest and safest PlayZone for your little ones therefore we use a safe disinfectant cleaner to wipe down both setup and breakdown of the zones. The balls in the ball pit are sterilized prior to each event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Soft PlayZone reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made more than 2 weeks notice, you will receive a full refund.

I’m ready! How do I book?

Booking is easy. Use the Contact Us form and let us know the date, time, venue and type of Zone you want to rent for your event. We will contact you within 24 hours. We require a 25% deposit booking fee to secure the date. The remaining balance is due one day prior to the event. If you wish to pay in full before then, let us know. We are looking forward to serving you at your event!

Do you charge travel fees?

Only for travel distances over 30 miles will incur an additional charge.

Do you offer discounts?

We proudly offer 15% military discounts for active duty military or veterans and their families. Thank you for your service! This offer is not combinable with any current promotional offers.
